I feel lost. What’s wrong with me? I’m so exhausted. Do I belong? I can’t seem to connect with others. Why am I like this? I can’t take this anymore. Why can’t we figure us out? I’ll never be ____ enough.
These are common thoughts birthed from unhealed pain, shame or hurt. Unhealed wounds like these are not always obvious, but they do need attention. Unhealed wounds leave us hemorrhaging on the inside, while outwardly appearing to be okay. Unhealed pain, shame or hurt impacts how we function, feel and connect. Left unhealed, our mind, will and emotions become altered and unwanted outcomes become our norm. Fear, worry, and loneliness creep in and we seek comfort from anything just to feel better or to feel something. Relationships struggle, unhealthy decisions occur and just being you gets harder. Too much on the mind. Too empty in the heart. Too exhausted to try. No words to describe it. Too exhausted to care. If this sounds familiar and you are ready to try something different, you have come to the right place!
Your life CAN be different. Restoration for you is possible. It will require your commitment and dedication though. If you are struggling with unhealthy relationship dynamics, have trust issues, identity issues, unresolved anger, bitterness, grief, or are battling a substance or process addiction, let’s address what’s going on and start working towards discovering how to restore the best version of you! Let’s identify the pain and its patterns that are currently getting you stuck. Let’s create realistic steps for you to implement, so sustainable breakthroughs and transformation can occur for you.
We will work to anchor your identity in the Truth and not in your pain, shame or hurt. We will heal past hurts and find ways to break the cyclical chains of emotionally reactive choices to people, places and things. For over 25 years, individuals and I have worked together to take help them step into their personal greatness through strengths-based therapy, honest guidance, practical hope, consistent support, and loving challenges. No matter where you are today, let’s work together to restore your honor, integrity, self-control, and joy… not by simply abandoning bad vices, but by actually pursuing Truth and sustainable change.
