Grief is the cost paid for being able to love
Grief is a reflection of a connection that is lost
We believe in restoring hope after experiencing a death is imperative. The death of a loved one is perhaps the single most intensive emotional experience you face. Each persons journey is different in how they experience loss. Some people experience unresolved guilt and resentments to loneliness, despair and relief. What ever your experience the journey need not be walked alone. Grief counseling provides the space to walk through and work through whatever emotions and challenges you face. These feelings can be quite debilitating and disorganizing. While grieving, you may exerience any of the following:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Sleep disruption
- Spiritual questions
- Intense Anger
- Fear about your own health, aging or death
- Difficulties working
- Relationship strain
We are here for you! We can help explore seemingly overwhelming feelings of pain and loss by providing a stable space to feel and understand the natural process of grief. No one should have to grieve alone.
