I believe that you matter, and I believe that your story matters. Life is not perfect, sometimes the struggles we face can leave us feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. I believe that the greatest trials in life are often the most precious parts of our journey.
As a certified transformational life coach, I’ve worked with individuals struggling with trauma, relational conflict, betrayal, and addiction. I’ve also worked with individuals who are pursuing personal growth. My experience as an instructor in higher education has allowed me to walk alongside students as they discover their gifts to live a purpose filled life.
As I pursue counseling as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am intentional about being a safe space for you to tell your story and process the challenges that you may be facing. I am honored to be part of your journey and believe that no story is too messy or too broken.
My passion to pursue a career in therapy comes from knowing that God has sat with me in the darkest moments of my own life. He has used the hardest parts of my story to restore healing and hope and has called me to sit with others to do the same.
I work with individuals from all stages of life. Because I believe every person is unique, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Restorative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to move you towards healing.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Grand Canyon University. I’m currently completing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary.
The storms of life can feel overwhelming and threaten to knock you off course and drag you down. The good news is you don’t have to walk alone. I will come alongside you and demonstrate God’s gracious pursuit of you, by listening to your heart, understanding your struggle and encouraging you through the healing process.
